Activity log

The activity feed is the library's plain-English record of significant changes.

Finding an event

Open Settings → Activity. Filter by an area such as Loans, Payments, Members or Inventory, choose the team member involved, or narrow the feed to a date range. Use Show more to continue back through older events.

Online member actions do not always have a staff actor. Those entries appear as A member (online). If a toy or household has since been deleted, the event remains in the record but the deleted item is no longer linked.

Forensic details

The sentence is intended for everyday use. Administrators investigating a change can select Show details on an event to see the record ID and the stored before/after values. These values are audit evidence and can be more technical than the feed itself.
